Looking for an easy and delicious chocolate mousse? Add heavy whipping cream to our dark chocolate mousse powder and whip. It is useful in making parfaits, filling cream puffs and filling between layers of a cake.
Add 1.40 lb of Mousse powder pouch to ½ a gallon of whipping cream or non-dairy whip topping (unwhipped). Using a wire whip , whip on LOW 1 minute until dissolved.
Scrape Down the bowl and whip 2-3 minutes on Medium until peaks form. Do not overwhip. Chill 2 hours before using. Excellent for Parfaits, Mousses, Cream Puffs, Pie and fillings of all kinds.
